电磁炉用的是涡流/eddy current，根本不是变压器的原理

变压器的目的是功率传输，电压转换，所以希望虽好越小越好

实际变压器没法彻底消除涡流的影响，所以会发热，有些大变压器要泡在油里冷却
那个油就叫变压器油。

涡流加热只能用于内阻比较大的金属，铁锅就是很好的例子；铜锅就不行，因为
同是导电最好/内阻最小的金属之一，银排在第一位。
