如何给个人网站加密码?

想给个人网站加密,浏览者只限亲友. 要求是:无论从网站的那个网页首次进入时都会被要求输入user name 和 password, 但一旦进入后则不会再被要求.

另外,加密网站的内容会不会被Google或baidu收藏? 就是说会不会在搜索结果中的cache中被看到?
