回答: 先找到声卡, 显卡是哪家产的 由 rx300 于 2009-01-09 11:39:26

在DELL 网站输入条形码, 基本确认声卡是Realtor,
已经从MS下载并成功安装.NET NETFRAME,

然后再安装声卡驱动, 但是提示"setup has detected that the versio of the installed on your system lower than what is necessary to apply this set up> at minium, you must have service pack 1 installed for WINDOWS XP"

用RUN-WINVER, 没有查到SP 信息, 怀疑没有.

在MS 下载SP1, 无法安装, 提示,

如何用EVEREST查找型号信息呢? 没有GOOGLE到EVEREST的相关信息,
