Help! My Dell PC infected by virus.

Today I download a PC game and played whole day. After that I found I can't open google.com. When I type the goole.com, Microsoft page shows up and tells me my computer infected by spyware and askes me to download antispyware. I did not download it because I believe it's a symptom of virus.

Then I restored my system but doesn't fix the problem. And the other symptom is that I can't type Chinese now.
