请教关于软件安装过程中的问题

安装一个软件到了registry那里卡住了怎么办？
安装的软件似乎可以用，可是
setup到了registry不动了。找uninstall，说是找不到。
到explorer里面删除那个软件的folder是不是还会留下其他什么registry的垃圾？_:o
