向高手求救

我的IE和FF都崩溃了.
全部卸过,重装了,还是不行.
IE是完全不能打开,FF是打开后,没法上任何网,显示为无标题.
后来用安全模式上了,又都可以用,重启后,好了一下.
然后就有崩溃了............
有高手知道原因吗?_:'( _:'(
