your system has been locked by microsoft by installing sp1 or some other update, because you are using an serial number which in the black list.
this os can not work any more, you MUST reinstall the system, if it's the same CD, ( dao ban) never update your sysytem, but I do suggest you to change another version to install, dont use the same cd any more.
