问题问得很清楚，不知道我能不能答清楚：

要rename computer：

Start menu -> Right click "My Computer" -> Properties -> Computer Name -> Change
输入以后要重启。

不过我怀疑即使你用以前的User Name重新建立是不是还能把原来的Icon搞回来。Icon很容易，只要把Program Menu里的东西copy到Desktop上就行了，有必要回复原来的Account吗？
