windows vista 1607 错误

1607 Unable to Install InstallShield Scripting Run Time

俺要给windows vista 装一个程序，结果老出这个错误。按照网上找来的宝典，结果是xp的，好像对vista不起作用，好多文件夹都找不到。请问大家这个问题大概应该如何解决，急。谢谢
