请各位大侠帮我看看这是什么问题，怎么解决啊？

就是下载了那些优化桌面的文件，然后按照网上的进行优化。装了主题还有些什么的，然后进行下一步，需要下载一些个优化用的文件。分10个部分，完全下载完后发现不能解压缩了。。然后试别的RAR文件也不能了。 。。把WINRAR卸载后重新安装过了也没用，郁闷死了。。。
