请教: 蓝色电脑屏幕和如下信息,冻结!!!!! 谢谢!

手提电脑出现蓝色屏幕和如下信息, 必须摁启动button几秒才能关闭电脑.案只是重新settingup wireless internet connection, 并没有装其它硬/软件. 请帮忙给看看:
