program sharing

Hi,

I have 2 operating systems installed on my PC (WinXP Home German and WinXP Pro VLK Chinese). I have different programs installed under the two systems, respectively. so:

1) Can the programs be shared? e.g. if I have program AAA installed under XP Home, can I run it under XP Pro?

2) Can I switch from one operating system to the other without restarting?
