help!

I had an old dell 8600 notebook. Recently, a strange thind happend. when I try to start it, I have to push A spot on tne touch pad, not key pad. If I loosen up, it said I have insert a unrecognizable device in D block. Push that spot, everything normal ( Finger get hurt). Any idea to fix?
