求救！笔记本电脑被水泼后不能启动。

刚刚不小心把小半杯水泼到Dell笔记本电脑上了（电脑是合着的），擦干水后发现电脑启动不了，是不是电脑就此费了？有没有解救办法？谢谢各位了。
