请教关于word排版的问题

我想做这样一个页面：分为左右两栏，左边栏大一些，作为主栏，写正文；右边的小一点，加些批注文字，以及小漫画。

可以用ms word做出来吗？该怎么做？
我试过分栏，但是正文在一页纸的左边栏写满后就进入右边栏，不到下一页。
我也用过表格，但是怎样才能保持右栏的批注和左栏中的正文内容之间同步呢？
