求救：各位好歹进来看一下，没准你就救了我

前天，因下载“影视人生”的片子，染上病毒了，不只是什么名字的病毒，于是，就重装了机子。今天，刚装了机子，还没联网，就老出现messenger servise窗口，说电脑有严重的感染，建议去www.winregistrycleaner.com上download软件，我去了，结果发现是要钱的，本以为是微软的网站，所以去了，现在，这个窗口不停的闪现，电脑也不停的轰隆轰隆的响，心里很烦，不愿被着这种流氓软件控制，
敬问各位，有什么好办法，可以清除这个提示窗口？


能回答的清尽快回答，我在线等，想哭的心都有！
