Gurus, pls help

I have netzero dialup service at home. Lately I tried their so-called Netzero Hi-Speed (just compress any imag on the page to spped it up). It turned out the Netzero hi-speed always crushs my Chinese fonts SW. So I removed Netzero hi-speed from my PC control panel successfully. But everytime after I use the regular Netzero, the netzero hi-speed is intalled back to my PC automatically. How can I get rid of it permanently.
