请教为什么我的电脑这么慢？Thank you a lot!

我的电脑配置有５０G硬盘， 其中 C 盘是３０G 而且 空闲为１３G 。 内存是大概２０００M 吧 (2 of them together) 。 运行任务管理器，System Idle Process 不是特别稳定，大部分时间是在９０％以上， 但是有时候会低于６０％， 可是其他的进程文件都显示占用CPU为０%.
电脑运行很慢， 是什么原因呢？
