请问打window xp补丁 sp2的问题

给一电脑升级补丁，sp2，结果一直停在checking product key 那里不走，也没有死机，就是进度条停下了，好几个小时一点进展也没有。请问大家有谁知道是什么问题吗？先谢谢了。
