请教一下各位高手，是感染了spy 软件或病毒吗？怎么清除呢？

上周末电脑中自动出现了一个 奇怪的程序名为 antivirus xp 2008，用AVG free 杀毒软件检测后，antivirus xp 2008 被作为木马病毒删除掉了。可从此我的IE 工作的极慢，上网速度时快时慢。今天打电话给verizon DSL 服务中心，想查一下是否DSL 有问题，技术支持测试说没发现问题，让我看一下 Windows Task Manager,发现process列表中iexploer.exe 用了近96% 的CPU usage.技术支持说CPU usage 应该在20%左右才正常。又说我的电脑可能感染了spy 软件或病毒。请教一下各位高手，我应该怎么办呢？现在才体会到不能上网真苦恼！ 谢谢了！
