Help on Windows Vista: Window Explorer Problem

Windows can't start up again after installed Vista OS X (a graphics alteration of operating system user interface and desktop). Now all Task managers can't work any more (applications such as Taskmgr.exe, DWM.exe, etc are all corrupt).

Trying to fix it with Startup Repair failed. Is there a way to fix the problem besides reloading the Recovery or software reinstallation?
