问个实际问题，请经验过的虾们指教：

我现在的一台电脑用的是“怕它”的硬盘，装有Vista，现在想换成“杀它”的硬盘，请问怎么样才能避免重装的麻烦(正版已激活的，不过已经装了太多的东西了，不想再从头来过)？
- Backup system partition and restore?
- Clone system partition?
- Clone 整个硬盘？
还是有更好的办法？
请有过经验的大虾指点一下，谢谢！
