求助：internet connected, 但上不了网

今天换了个modem,control panel上显示 local area connection没问题，可就是上不了网，去cmd ping www.google.com结果如下：
ping request could not ifnd host www.google.com. please check the name and try again

请问这是什么原因？谢谢各位大侠。
