请教：CPU资源占用100%

最近我的电脑有时死机， 查看CPU使用情况，发现100％占用， 其中占用最多的是：
agent.exe 和ISUSPM.exe. 请教各位大侠， 我该如何解决这个问题？我用的是XP系统。非常感谢！
