关于DELL笔记本问题请教高人.

DELL LATITUDE D600.
AC ADAPTER 不好使了,不能POWER ON, 试了几个AC,一样的问题. 电池工作正常.
AC 也不能给电池充电.
估计是MB的问题,拆开后,在MB的DC JACK 上量到19.5V电压,正常.
请问高手,能修吗?
还是要换个MB?
