XP SP2 needed

I install a PenPower小蒙恬手写输入系统 to my about 5 yrs old or older dell desktop (MS XP ). Chinese words can not be read, but is working for a 3yrs old dell dimension 4700 when installed. A XP SP2 CD is need for East Asian language ( someone suggests). Where (website)can I download it ?
