紧急求解！台式机开不起机了！

该死的ｖｉｓｔａ！让我更新后就开不起机了，先ｌｏａｄｉｎｇ　ｆｉｌｅ。然后修改ｓｔａｔｕｐ　ｋｅｙ，失败！我用ｒｅｃｏｖｅｒｙ盘，还是失败，显示这一串：The instruction at 0X743c2738 referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read!那位高手可以告诉我解决办法，谢谢先！
