求助：笔记本不能启动，可能硬盘坏了，能recover data 吗？

一两个星期前开始突然死机，后来彻底起不来了。上网查了一下说是可能硬盘坏了，也有可能memory坏了。电脑坏了不是大问题，但有数据都丢失了。不知有什么办法可以recover,哪怕部分也好。谢谢
