The voltage of the laptop battery

I am considering to buy a new battery for my laptop HP Pavilion dv6000 and I found one online that is compatible with the model of my machine. However I noticed that my old battery has a voltage of 10.8 and the one on sale has a voltage of 11.1. Does anyone know whether it is OK to use the 11.1V battery in my computer? Or I need to buy exatctly the same 10.8? Thanks for the help.
