因文件名,目录名,或卷标语法不正确,而无法删除文件,我该怎样

因文件名,目录名,或卷标语法不正确,而无法删除文件,我该怎样他或是修改该文件呢?谢谢,因为就这么两,3个文件,占个500多兆,想格,别的东西又没地方放.
