Word突然用不了，紧急求助！谢谢！

双击图标，启动Word过程中出现一个对话框：

Microsoft Word has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

然后就是询问是否发送Error report，以及是否进入Word的安全模式。

觉得Error report没用，就没有发送。试过可以进入安全模式，可是一旦退出，仍然不能正常打开Word。

请教怎样才能确定是什么问题？如何才能解决？
