help: dual OS startup

thanks for interested n my post

i have win2k/xp dual system installed on one computer. it runs ok, but each time restart , it will take win 2k as chosen(highlighted by default),if i am not careful, i will get into win2k, not winxp.

is there a way i can set up or change which system as my default sys at startup? please help.it is not a life /death issue, but nice to know. thanks again.
