浏览器的问题吗？

刚打开电脑是好的，上网一会儿就出现打不开网页，或者要很长时间才打开的问题，而且到最后只能开最多2个窗口，网络应该没有问题的，只好重起电脑。
我的电脑是1个月前刚买的，vista home。
谁指点下，应该也不是病毒。。
