How to block virus-containing

I have got lots of virus-containing junk mails since last night. Those junk mails are titled "Approved", "Thank you", "Your Application", "Details" or "Your Details". They come from different e-mail addresses and all have attachment containing the same virus"W32.Sobig.F@mm".
If i don't check my mails very few hours, my mail box will be over the limit. Anyone has advice on what i should do to block those mails? Thank you very much for your help!!
