问一个 blue screen 的问题：

Click on 一个 program，电脑不反映，多click了几下，电脑就freeze了。shutdown后再重新开机，blue screen 出现了，抄下的message，大意是：

problem has been detected and window has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer..

我的电脑怎么了？我应该怎么办？反复shutdown几次了，每次都是blue screen。先谢谢了。
