俺来假冒内行说一句。

如果你装64-bit OS，一般要求device driver是给64-bit写的，32-bit的driver一般是不能用的。找manufacture要吧，要是没有的话，那就只能装回32-bit的OS了。

对一般用户而言，目前64-bit OS没有啥优点（support更多memory address），反而程序会运行慢点（理论上）。
