WhichCameraHasBest resolution

I am using a SONY P10, 4 MP. To my suprise, it has
only 72 Pix/inch with a big physical size. To get a good print out, we need at least 200Pix/inch.
Does anybody know how to make it a higher resolution or
which camera can take 200 or 300 pix/inch resolution picture?
