紧急求助: 分区表不能读, 如何恢复硬盘数据?

由于意外停电, 计算机被毁. 分区表不能读. 硬盘被视为未格式化. 如何恢复该硬盘的数据? 紧急求救. WINDOWS XP 系统. 先谢了.
