Burning a DVD is always slow

Normally DVD writer speed is abuot 4X. I use Nero6 and always see that it's runing on max 4X. It typically takes about 40min - 1.5hr to burn a movie per movie length.

Granted CPU and RAM size affect the speed significantly.
