tracert both IP, got 1* 1* 1* then nothing....come out.
I know it is a windows issue, because I can ping in the safe mode, but can not found whats cause the problem when it boot up to the norm.windows. has tried to disable all the program in the startup. tried disable the windows fireware and norton fireware. and scaned spyware and adware....has no idea what the problem is.
