Windows / Mac DVD-R Compatibility Issue

在 Windows XP (SP2) 用 Nero 7 刻了张 DVD-R，有文件
    File-1
    File-2
    File-3
该盘在 Mac (10.4.11) 中正常显示，正常读取。

在 Windows XP 中添加 New-File-2，并删去 File-2. 在 XP 中显示为
    File-1
    File-3
    New-File-2
读取内容无误，New-File-2 为新文件内容。

然而在 Mac 中显示文件却为
    File-1
    File-2
    File-3
其中 File-2 为老文件内容。

哪位大侠能指点一二？谢谢
