新买的电源好象有问题

装上后打开电源，一点反应都没有。估计是个坏的。有什么办法能测试一下？

主板的说明书上说， 3VSB：this led lights up when the power supply is
connected with power source.

我的电源打开以后， 一点反应都没。主板上的3VSB Led没亮，应该是电源不work吧？
