How to find every line in a xml file that contains a date or time?
Using grep? How to write the command?

How to convert date format from YYYY-MM-DD to MM/DD/YYYY?
Using grep or sed? How to write the command?

I am not familiar with these two commands. Plz help! Many thanks!
