Try this.

Find the driver from either internet or manufacture website. Down load it onto your computer. Usually it is an application. Double click it, the program will run automatically.

If you still have a CD that came with the computer, it should have the driver on it. Place the CD in CD drive.

1.The CD usually starts up automatically and gives you option to reinstall driver.

or

2. Under device manager, right click USB 2.0 Root Hub and choose update driver. Tell the computer to look for it from the CD.
