请问各位－－－关于wireless上网

在家我用的是verizon DSL上网，根据它的instrction也设置好了password和 User ID。可是我没法连上我的laptop.在办公室我的laptop可以wireless连上网络，在家就显示可以查到附近有网，但是没有任何对话框弹出让我输入用户名和密码。我该怎么办呢？
