急救！急救！急救！电脑文件突然消失

不知中了哪门子彩，今天电脑突然还原至一个月以前的系统，以前曾删除的文件，如今都恢复了，新做的文件全不知跑到哪去了？请高手指点如何才能找回丢失的文件？！，本人感谢救火之恩！
