Regarding my labtope

我的SONY labtop坏了, 送SONY store检查 发现是hard driver坏了, 要换 ,Cost是 $266 (含 税和人工) . 我的问题是 1)一般来说, 什麽原因造成? 2)这个花费值得吗? 先谢了!
