1）这个video太老了，还在用1.3.8，现在是1.5。
2）download那个debian pkg，然后install，it will take care of user and group settings
3）install VBOX addons，or share directories, screen resolution and cursor won't work,
4）There're still some bugs in shared directories. They're currently working on it.
