windows xp license问题请教

我有台一年新的电脑（自己拼的），买的时候没有操作系统，装了linux。现在想买一台新电脑（也自己拼），带windows xp pro oem的。我可不可以在激活前把这个xp的license装在旧电脑上。然后新电脑装linux。
