请问怎样在WINDOWS下低级格式化硬盘

USB外接硬盘挂了，想低级格式化一下。但遍寻网上都是要以DOS为操作环境来进行，可是我的是外挂硬盘，DOS用不了，又不能换到笔记本上，因为我是10.6寸的笔记本，用的是1.8寸硬盘，而外接那个是2,5寸的，所以换不到笔记本上，只能以USB连接。

请问有无方法在WINDOWS下低级格式化，谢谢！
